Return Policy

This policy applies to orders placed through the Arlantuo website and should be read with the order details shown at checkout and applicable law.

Order cancellations

You may contact us to request cancellation before an item has been shipped or produced. Once approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. An order that has already been handed to the carrier generally cannot be cancelled directly; you may request a return after delivery under this policy.

Returns after delivery

You may contact us to request a return within 15 days after delivery. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, the item must be unused, in the condition received and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Custom or personalised items may not qualify for the 15-day return arrangement. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by law.

Return shipping and item issues

For a return requested for personal reasons, the buyer pays return shipping; the amount depends on the carrier and service selected. If an item was sent incorrectly, arrived damaged or has an issue caused by us, contact us first and we will cover applicable return shipping as required. We do not charge a restocking fee.

How to request a return and obtain the address

Inspection and refunds

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and email you the outcome of the refund request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the payment provider, card issuer or bank. If the refund has not arrived after their usual processing period, check with the provider or bank and then contact us.
